In 2001-2004 he graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Geography and Geology, and received a Bachelor's degree in Geography. In 2004-2006 he graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Geography and Geology, and received a Master's degree in Geography. From 2005 to 2007 he periodically worked at the Remote Sensing and Geoinformation Systems Consulting Center "Geographics" LLC. From 2007 to the present, he is the head of the company "Teragraphics"
In 1981, he graduated from the Tbilisi Topographical Technical School, from 1981 to 1983 he worked as a laboratory assistant and later as a teacher at the technical school. In 1983-1989, he studied at the Tbilisi State Polytechnic Institute. From 1990 to 1999, he worked at the Tbilisi State Polytechnic Institute. In 1999, he underwent retraining within the framework of the German-Georgian (KFW) project in land cadastre and registration. From 2000 to 2002, he worked in the German-Georgian project, in the Telavi regional center. From 2003 to 2006, he worked in the German-Georgian project as a technical expert. In 2024, he completed the Real Estate Surveyor (Training) course of the Center for Professional Development of Appraisers and Experts (practical course; ISO standard compliance certificate from 2024). From 2007 to present, he has been an employee of "Teragraphics" LLC. He holds the position of Technical Manager in geodetic issues. He has 40 years of experience.

Since 1999, Senior Specialist of the Cadastre Department of the Tbilisi Land Management Department; Since 2002, in the Association for the Protection of Landowners' Rights (APLR), funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), in the Land Market Development Project, promoting the improvement of the property registration system and the reform of agricultural land registration. Graduated from the Faculty of Geography and Geology, specializing in economic geography. Since 2007, employee of "Teragrafiki" LLC. GIS operator, collecting cadastral data, determining property rights and preparing survey drawings. Has 25 years of experience.
In 2016, he graduated from the Georgian Technical University, Faculty of Mining and Geology; Department of Engineering Geodesy and Geoinformation. In 2014, he worked at the National Agency of Public Registry. In 2016, he worked as a laboratory assistant at the Georgian Technical University. In 2020-2022, he worked as a laboratory assistant at the Institute of Geophysics of Tbilisi State University, and since 2022, he has been a leading specialist-teacher in the field at the Gldani Vocational School. In 2022, he completed the Real Estate Surveyor (Training) course at the Center for Professional Development of Appraisers and Experts (Practical Course; ISO Standard Compliance Certificate from 2022). He has 8 years of experience in topographic and cadastral planning. Since 2017, he has been working at Terragraphic LLC as a surveyor-topographer.
